Since 1983, P. J. Roth and Associates in conjunction with the Public Service News Bureau has provided editorial marketing services to many client companies including profit making and non profit institutions. Our clients represent the gamut of business endeavor and a broad range of products, services, and communication agendas. On their behalf, we have developed and implemented sophisticated marketing plans and promotional campaigns on regional, national and international levels. In most cases we provided new effective sales and collateral materials and crafted campaigns so that lead-generating information formed a part of each interview and placement.

• Muscular Dystrophy Association: 70 Interviews for Fund Raising, Education & Telethon Promotion
• 98 Southern California Federally Funded Clinics: 60 radio, television and print interviews 

CONSUMER AND BUSINESS-TO- BUSINESS PRODUCTS
• Named, packaged, and promoted new mass market health product that sold 5 million units in first six months. Over one billion now sold worldwide. 280 media placements and interviews in first year. 

• Positioned, packaged and promoted $80 exercise product , packaged 8 to a case, that sold 3 cases per store in 50 retail outlets in first week of test market introduction. 20 interviews in test market city over one week period. 

• Leveraged national distribution and promoted booklet to number 3 on national book best seller lists within 8 weeks of introduction. National media tour. 

• Named, positioned launched and promoted new, now famous, hair care product to #1 in is product category. National media tour. 

• Successfully launched and test marketed national consumer personal care catalog. 40 Interviews in 2 cities over 2 weeks.

• Developed product line, promoted, micro-managed, implemented data base marketing program for fledgling national stationery company in all lines of trade; securing placement in retail outlets and many national consumer catalogs. Helped establish the basis of their Internet presence. 

• Positioned, promoted and marketed new automobile battery. 50 media interviews and placements over first months of introduction. 

CONSUMER AND BUSINESS-TO- BUSINESS SERVICES AND FINANCIAL RELATIONS:
• Re-launched and re-marketed failing insurance brokerage with 60 media placements in 20 weeks. Consumer inquiries raised from 20 per week to 700 per day resulting in one million dollars in auto insurance product sold and placed per month . 


• Positioned, promoted and implemented both successful fund raising and stock offering endeavors for new type of credit card from the developer of Master Charge. Provided 80 interviews and placements in first regional market launch. 40 relevant business interviews in 20 cities over a 12 day period. 

• Created marketing and promotional program for the largest law school in a major Western State. Over 100 media interviews and placements crafted to attract qualified applicants. 

• Re-positioned and re-marketed failing secured credit card program. Created new identity features and new sales programs. Marketed to consumers and the banking industry. 120 media interviews and placements both national and regional. 

• Provided consulting and positioning for Los Angeles mayoral campaign. Provided ongoing consulting to Texas mayoral campaign both before and after his successful election. 

• Re-positioned, promoted and marketed noted annual Consumer Expo and Trade Show event in major cities; provided consulting for additional cities resulting in consumer and business media in each city. 30 interviews per 6 weeks.

• Designed a program to promote distribution, promotion and financial relations for a manufacturing company with a line of industrial cleaning products. Over 100 interviews and placements over 8 months; including media appropriate to the initial public offering. 

• Re-positioned offerings of organizational consultant and helped position and develop his local Moving Management and Organizational Company. Provided marketing, collateral materials and the regional and national media launch. Today this company is a highly successful national and international one. It is profiled in national magazines and the principal is an ongoing guest on noted national television shows.
